3. Order Tracking

• We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photo proof.
• Claims for lost packages must be filed with the shipping carrier.
5. International Shipping
Customers are responsible for import taxes, customs fees, or duties required by their country.
6. Incorrect Address
Please verify your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
