At Infinite Luxe, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at djones49@masonlive.gmu.edu with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at djones49@masonlive.gmu.edu and we will make it right at no cost to you.
